Customer Information System
TRANSWAGGON offers you the use of a customer Internet portal (CIS = Customer Information Service). As a registered and authorised user of the CIS system you have online access to the current status data of the operative system of the TRANSWAGGON group at the Internet address
Here the administrative procedures for the transport of goods by rail are clearly described for our customers.
This site includes the following special information:
- Current data from our traffic department (all TRANSWAGGON offices)
- Train tracking reports of the railways
- Control points (customer-related)
- ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)
- Options for selecting or filtering specific transport modes using one or more criteria (dynamic function of the entry boxes)
- Hourly updates
- Excel-Export
- Coding of the transferred data
- User authorisation with user recognition and password
To enable you to use our Internet access, TRANSWAGGON will assign you a user recognition and a password.
